Renting Hornblend Hall
Hornblend Hall is located at 1721 Hornblend Street in Pacific Beach. It has a capacity of 186 people and is perfect for weddings, birthdays, business meetings, etc. It has a full stage and kitchen/catering facilities. Tables and chairs are available and tablecloths can be rented for a small fee.	Front entrance
The hall is available 7 days per week at varying fees. If you are interested in renting the hall, you may contact our rental manager at (858) 882-7729 or print out the appropriate PDF form below and mail it to the club or send it as an e-mail attachment to pbwcinfo@yahoo.com. Once your form has been received, someone will call you to confirm your days and times and to arrange for payment.

HALL RENTAL FORMS (Click on link for PDF file download)

Saturday and Sunday minimum 6 hour rental - $600. Deposit $250 Sunday contract - 232KB

Conditions: Deposits are refunded, minus a $25 processing fee and a cleaning fee of $50, if the building and its contents are returned to the condition they were prior to the rental. If the agreed time is exceeded, additional hourly charges are taken from the deposit.

All renters are required to have event day insurance. This is easily obtained through a homeowner's or car insurance company. Proof of insurance, contract, and deposit are due 90 days prior to rental. Additional information is provided in the downloadable contracts above.
